Making the decision to begin therapy is the first step toward healing. I want to work with that momentum, and provide you with a safe space to process, rest, and find renewed strength to tackle life’s challenges. I believe change is multi-faceted and it is my goal to see you thrive emotionally, relationally, mentally, and spiritually.

It is my joy to be able to walk with couples through some of their darkest times, helping them to find transparency, intimacy, better communication, and emotional healing in their marriage. My passion lies specifically in helping those that are recovering from betrayal trauma as well as working with spouses of sexual addiction. I truly believe for you, that what has been broken can be made new.

I received a Masters degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in 2014. To best help my clients, I utilize a combination of Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
